Curry Chef

Summary of Position:

As in charge of the curry section, the role requires specialist skills in preparation of Pakistani/North-Indian curry at the highest fine dining standard. Cooking, creating and developing all types of  Pakistani/North-Indian curry dishes from menu using traditional techniques and ingredients, making recommendations for adding to menu variety, responsible for maintaining hygiene control & health safety in curry section, assisting in recruitment, training & development of junior staff in required areas of wastage control, ensuring compliance with company policies & procedures.

   
Sous Chef

Summary of Position:

Assist Head Chef and in his absence take responsibility for all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness; training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion and cost control and sanitation and cleanliness.

Capable of preparing, cooking and serving all consumables as required by management whilst complying with policies on quality, quantity, food hygiene and portion control.
